Medicare 101
Original Medicare (Federal Government) consists of Part A (Hospitalization) and Part B (Outpatient Medical). Generally, everyone who has worked and paid Medicare taxes for at least 10 years is eligible for Medicare. You can learn everything you need to know about Original Medicare at Medicare.gov.
Below are some first steps and considerations when approaching Medicare, as well as a broad comparison of Medicare Advantage Vs Medicare Supplement...the two main plan types you can enroll in once you have enrolled in Parts A & B.
