• Verification that all doctors, hospitals & clinics are In Network. If networks change you will be notified and assistance will be provided with transitioning to a new plan.             

• Verification that all medications are covered by the plan and which plan covers the clients specific drug list the best (lowest co-pays and out of pocket).
• If requested, a Cost/Benefit Analysis will be provided to determine which plan is best for the client's specific needs and estimate out of pocket costs.

• Assistance with any Special Enrollment Periods (which are triggered by Life Changing Events) that occur throughout the year.

• Assisted with transition to Medicare and guide the client with plan selection when that time comes.  

• Annual review during Open Enrollment Period. This is very important as plan benefits & premiums change each year and many carriers are exiting the Market, while some are entering, each year.

• Claims processing assistance.  If a claim is getting denied by the insurance company we will assist in working with the company to get an answer as to why and/or get the claim paid.

• Answering any general questions that come up throughout the year. Have you tried calling into a Insurance Company's Customer Service line lately...long waits.

• Guidance on health insurance and tax implications including Health Savings Account (HSA) and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRA).

• No Fee.  Brokers are paid directly from whatever insurance company the client selects and your premiums are the same.
